Fullstack Product Engineer
Help scale Paxos Labs's onchain product capabilities by building developer-facing APIs and SDKs, integrating smart contract transactions, iterating across frontend and backend systems, and improving developer experience for EVM-based DeFi infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build APIs and SDKs that let developers integrate onchain infrastructure into enterprise platforms.
- Research and integrate smart contract transactions.
- Maintain a secure open source repository and continuously improve developer experience.
- Collaborate with designers using Figma to create prototypes.
- Rapidly iterate across frontend and backend code based on feedback.
- Stay current on core Ethereum upgrades affecting wallet and developer UX.
- Improve onboarding for non-crypto-native developers through the Paxos Labs developer kit.
- Maintain high standards for liveness SLOs and observability.
- Work with the security engineer to protect developers and users from exploits.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of building EVM dapps.
- Deep knowledge of developer-facing SDK and API development.
- Familiarity with DeFi applications including Uniswap, Aave, Morpho, and Pendle.
- Familiarity with cross-chain UX, account abstraction, and crosschain bridges.
- Familiarity with Solidity and the ability to read and understand smart contracts.
- Familiarity with financial mathematics and communicating quantitative information.
- Experience with Ethereum SDKs such as ethers, viem, wagmi, and RainbowKit.
- Experience with Postgres, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing intuitive SDKs and APIs for internal and external use.
- Experience with React, Redux, Next.js, or similar TypeScript frameworks.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Material UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Vercel and Heroku.
- Experience maintaining SaaS SDKs or APIs at scale.
- Experience working directly with clients to provide technical support and engineer solutions.
