Fullstack Team Lead (.NET)
PLAYSTUDIOS Asia seeks a Fullstack Team Lead to combine hands-on technical leadership with people management. The role covers engineering planning, architecture, delivery coordination, stakeholder alignment, AI-assisted development, mentoring, documentation, and engineering quality.
Responsibilities
- Own technical execution through engineering plans, technical designs, and implementation strategies.
- Review Technical Design Documents and provide technical guidance.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, execution tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Remove blockers, manage delivery risks, and improve Agile processes.
- Act as the technical liaison between engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and productivity tooling.
- Mentor engineers, provide feedback, and support career development.
- Promote code quality, testing, observability, security, performance, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring engineering teams.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
- Experience with Vue, React, or Angular, SPA development, Node.js, build tooling, and frontend infrastructure.
- Strong software architecture, system design, scalability, and modern development skills.
- Experience delivering complex projects in Agile environments and high-traffic consumer applications.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people management.
- Nice to have: gaming, loyalty, rewards, distributed teams, cloud infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, or AI-assisted development experience.
