Functional Business Analyst- Fircosoft
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong FircoSoft experience to support projects and initiatives within the AML / Financial Crime Compliance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Compliance, AML, Operations and Technology teams to understand business requirements.
- Gather, analyse and document functional and business requirements for FircoSoft/Firco Continuity or related screening solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
- Manage or support FircoSoft implementation, enhancement, migration, upgrade and integration projects.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
- Perform impact analysis and support solution design and validation.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, release and deployment activities.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies where acting in a Project Manager capacity.
- Work with Compliance/AML stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Support production implementation, post-go-live activities and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with FircoSoft / Firco Continuity or related Firco screening solutions.
- Experience in AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring or financial crime compliance.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Implementation Consultant or Functional Consultant.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience with system implementation, enhancement, integration, migration or upgrade projects.
- Good understanding of financial crime compliance processes and screening workflows.
- Experience working with banks or financial institutions would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with SIT/UAT, defect management and production implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
