Fund Operations Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join a team supporting investment fund operations and post-trade processing.
Working arrangement:
- The team will operate in a fixed shift pattern from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM (8-hour shift), supporting APAC (Asia-Pacific) market processes, primarily covering the Singapore region.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fund Operations / Middle Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication skills
- Stability in previous roles preferred
Nice to have:
- Experience with corporate actions
- Knowledge of securities or investment fund operations
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with reconciliation or financial systems
