Service Manager (Auto Workshop)

We are opening a modern auto service center in Dubai, specializing in German vehicles (with capability to

service other makes). We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily workshop operations

- Distribute work orders and manage technicians’ workload

- Ensure quality control of repairs and maintenance

- Provide accurate job estimates and communicate with customers

- Work with spare parts catalogues and pricing databases

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

- Maintain service standards and workplace safety

- Coordinate with parts suppliers

Skills

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Service Manager or Senior Technician

- Good knowledge of vehicle systems

- Proficient in using spare parts catalogues and job estimation- Understanding of automotive repair market pricing

- Fluent in Russian and English (Arabic is a plus)

- Experience with German vehicles is highly desirable

- Strong organizational and team management skills
