Job Description:

Currently, our client in the Port Industry is seeking a General Affairs Manager (GA Manager). Here are the requirements:

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, Law, or other relevant disciplines.
2. At least 7 years of working experience in a similar position.
3. Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and expertise in AutoCAD is a plus.
4. Capable of analyzing, filtering, summarizing, and presenting data clearly.
5. Able to manage vendors and partners to achieve goals.
6. Organize and oversee the use of company inventory.
7. Coordinate with the field team to provide solutions, control tasks, and ensure infrastructure functions properly.
8. Build relationships with local community organizations and relevant authorities.
9. Prepare monthly reports on team progress.
10. Develop infrastructure that is not yet available on-site.
