• Developing and implementing sales strategies for their specific general insurance products.
• Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve set goals.
• Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirement

• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales within the Financial Services industry (hunter).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
