General Manager Advanced Trading (Fusion)

Own the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence, and platform evolution of Bitpanda's Fusion advanced trading ecosystem across web and mobile. Lead product vision, trading strategy, technology leadership, customer engagement, and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and platform strategy across supported asset classes.
• Own the Fusion value proposition, including positioning, acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Lead the complete web and mobile platform experience and advanced trading workflows.
• Partner with Engineering leadership on trading infrastructure, availability, latency, and resilience.
• Support architecture decisions and platform stability processes.
• Prioritize and evolve platform features, tooling, analytics, automation, and professional functionality.
• Drive commercial performance and revenue growth using trading, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value KPIs.
• Lead and scale a multidisciplinary organization spanning Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Trading.
• Ensure advanced trading activities operate within regulatory frameworks with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations.
• Represent the advanced trading ecosystem in executive leadership discussions and align investment with the CEO.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in trading platforms, fintech, brokerage, exchange infrastructure, or investment technology.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary, cross-functional organizations.
• Deep understanding of advanced trading systems, execution platforms, market infrastructure, and scalable technical architectures.
• Strong customer and trader empathy with knowledge of active trader behavior and professional trading workflows.
• Track record managing and scaling complex, revenue-generating financial products.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with strategic prioritization and hands-on delivery.
• Experience operating within regulated financial environments and navigating compliance, legal, and operational risk frameworks.
