General Manager Business

Responsibilities:

Responsible for making company policies strategies and decisions for the progress of the company
Responsible for managing and coordinating all existing resources to run effectively according to the company vision and mission.
Responsible for creating marketing/ sales strategies to achieve the targets that have been set
Responsible for planning, managing and controlling the companys budget
Responsible for working together and creating a harmonious working climate and synergy for all departments
Establishing good communication with the internal and external parties of the company

Qualifications:

Minimum formal education : S1 , S2 are welcome
Having experience minimum 5-10 years at the FREIGHT FORWARDING industry
Active or Passive in English both oral and written
Self discipline and highly dedicated
Willingness to work overtime
Having a good leadership, managerial, customer relationship, communication and emotional skills
