RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for the overall operational, strategic, and financial management of the brewery.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth, particularly in international markets.
• Oversee daily operations of the brewery, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the craft beer industry or a related field, with a focus on international markets.
• Should have an experience in Business Development and international marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Proven track record of managing operations, financials, and teams.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, quality control, and industry regulations.
