Job Description
- Ensure The Legal And Compliance Of The Business
- Provide Legal Services To Business Team, Including Advisory, Agreement Drafting, Agreement Reviewing, Legal Analysis And Product Exploration And Risk Identification
- Handle Project-based Work Within The Scope Of The Legal Department Responsibilities On As-needed Basis
- Advise And Guide The Business Teams On Legal Issues
Requirement
- A Master Degree graduated from Law major.
- Minimum 3 years as GM Legal (Corporate Legal), and has experience in IT business/industry.
- Experience in handling litigation, industrial relation, and company stock.
- Has strong leadership and capable to manage team with various type of background.
- Fluent in English.
