General Manager

The position has full P & L responsibility for a market driven stand-alone manufacturing business. Direct reports include Manufacturing, Engineering, Inside Sales and Supply Chain. Shared Services provided by corporate include Human Resources, Finance, and IT support. As a key member of the senior management team, this role includes an integral involvement in establishing the strategic direction of the organization, setting goals, objectives, and policies, coordinating functions and activities between other business units and departments, establishing responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives, and effectively communicating current and future conditions of the business to the shareholders.
