About the role:
Come work for Newsweek's #1 Gym in America!! General Managers are responsible for daily operations of the business. The manager is responsible for all activities that happen inside of their studio. Managers are expected to set the expectations for staff and members in the studio and maintain accountability around those expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a belief that incorporating fitness into community members' daily lives makes an impact.

Responsibilities:
Open Studio Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the Operational Partner and all Regional Managers.
Appropriately staff their studio
Coordinates and executes staff trainings and monthly studio meetings
Goal setting for studio success
Perform regular audits of studio and operating system
Provide regular updates on studio performance to upper management
Maintains organized and clean lobby and front desk
Responds to member requests and inquiries in a timely manner
Upholds sales systems and operating systems
Onboard new hire Sales Associates, follow onboarding process and 30 day review
Perform quarterly employee reviews
Provide regular feedback to staff (both coaches and sales associates)
Processing all paperwork
Ensure studio communication is a priority and all team members are aligned
Attend all management level meetings
Leads Grassroots marketing initiatives for their studio

Candidate requirements:
Prior Orangetheory experience in any role (Sales Associate or Coach)
Ability to represent the OTF brand on a local and regional platform.
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
Strong presentation skills; ability to effectively give training presentations to small groups, with experience in training/mentoring
Ability to work independently, utilize discretionary judgment, and problem-solve
Self-motivated and driven fitness professional
Possess a high degree of critical thinking and executive-level decision-making skills
Compliance with the OTF Brand
