General Manager - Saudi Arabia
Lead the Saudi Arabia business for ElevenLabs by developing and executing market strategy, growing revenue, managing sales and partnerships, building teams, positioning the brand, and improving operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Saudi Arabia revenue growth strategy
- Conduct market research and assess the competitive landscape
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Position the ElevenLabs brand in the Saudi Arabia market
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales and business development team
- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology
- 3-5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia
- Experience owning and growing a regional P&L
- Understanding of AI and SaaS technologies and their commercial applications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Based in Saudi Arabia
