General Manager (Waste Management)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end waste management operations, including collection, processing, recycling, and disposal
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and profitability
• Manage budgets, financial performance, KPIs, and resource optimization across departments
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements while promoting continuous improvement
• Lead, coach, and manage department heads to deliver strong operational performance and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in waste manage mentor environmental services, including managerial leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, waste disposal methods, recycling practices, and financial management
• Proven leadership, analytical decision-making skills, and ability to drive operational excellence and safety culture
