Job Summary
You will manage customer inquiries and requirements, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and build strong relationships with Global Account Tender customers to support business growth and tender processes.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to ensure high satisfaction and issue resolution
- Follow up on customer requirements and coordinate actions with relevant internal divisions and external agents to meet service expectations
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal teams, customers, agents, and headquarters to streamline operations
- Prospect, manage, and nurture relationships with Global Account Tender customers to drive business opportunities and retention
- Prepare statistical and market reports to analyze trends and support strategic decision-making
- Compile and deliver performance reports to customers, demonstrating service quality and operational outcomes
- Assist in tender bidding processes by preparing accurate quotations and tender documents to support successful contract awards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in a shipping-related discipline
- Knowledge in Mandarin to liaise effectively with headquarters in Shanghai
- Experience working in shipping carriers is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and close deals
- Ability to multitask efficiently while collaborating as a team player
- Self-motivated and independent with a strong sense of responsibility and drive
