GM Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

We are assisting one of our clients, a property company and they are currently looking for GM Sales & Marketing. The GM Sales & Marketing will lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for the company. This includes developing strategies to achieve sales targets, overseeing marketing campaigns, and managing the sales team. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a GM Sales & Marketing role in the property industry or 10 years in a managerial role within the property sector.
• Proven sales track record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with marketing expertise.
