Backend developer building and maintaining a core banking system and internet acquiring service within a fintech ecosystem, implementing business logic across Go microservices backed by PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Redis, and DynamoDB.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Building and maintaining the core banking system and Internet acquiring service within a financial ecosystem
Participating in product architecture design: proposing and implementing technical solutions, reviewing system design decisions
Optimizing database queries and ensuring efficient data synchronization, transmission, and processing
Implementing new business logic across microservices
Working with metrics: integrating observability tools, optimizing performance, and monitoring system health in production
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
4–5+ years in backend development, including 2+ years of production experience with Golang
Deep knowledge of Go and its ecosystem: goroutines, channels, memory model, standard library
Strong understanding of concurrent and multithreaded programming
Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases in production
Proven experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures
Strong grasp of software design principles: SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY
Familiarity with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Readiness to take ownership of architectural decisions and drive them to implementation
Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required
English — Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
