- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working Arrangement
- Working Location: Central
- Remuneration package: Up to $9,000 + AWS
Responsibilities
- Identify operational pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities where AI can improve productivity, enhance user experience, and automate processes.
- Engage business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define AI use cases, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Design, develop, and support AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate use cases and facilitate successful adoption.
- Assess and monitor the performance, usability, and impact of AI initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and wider implementation.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build AI literacy and enable users to adopt approved AI tools safely and effectively.
- Track and report on AI initiative outcomes, including productivity improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
- Support the development and implementation of AI adoption strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving technology trends.
- Develop reusable frameworks, standards, documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support sustainable AI adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support the delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI initiatives.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, applications, regulations, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technology consulting, digital transformation, AI adoption, innovation, or a related field, with experience supporting technology or AI initiatives.
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including their capabilities, limitations, applications, prompt engineering techniques, and associated risks.
- Experience developing or supporting AI-powered applications, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts; familiarity with Python and cloud-based AI/ML solutions will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and developments, with the ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of assigned initiatives.
