Graphic Designer
Pre-press Preparation: Ensuring that designs meet the technical specifications for printing in terms of color setup (CMYK), resolution (DPI), bleed, and crop marks.
Creative Design: Designing various printed materials such as brochures, catalogs, banners, visual identities, and promotional materials (like cards and giveaways), along with packaging and labeling.
Handling Different Print Types: Familiarity with digital and offset printing requirements, understanding paper types, and their measurements.
Proofreading and Review: Reviewing files with high accuracy before sending them to printing facilities to avoid errors in text or colors.
Coordination with Production Team: Working closely with printing and cutting machinery operators to ensure the final product is delivered with the best quality and on time.
Skills
Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Experience: Experience of 1-3 years in print design or advertising agencies.
Proficiency in Design Software: Full proficiency in Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of printing color systems and understanding of pre-press workflow.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
