Graphic / SMM Designer

Description
We are looking for an experienced Graphic / SMM Designer with a proven track record in performance ad design to join our team for an intensive, one-week project. You will be responsible for producing high-converting ad creatives at speed while maintaining strict visual quality and brand alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ad/SMM design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong skills in ad creative production.
• Solid grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Confident, highly efficient Figma workflow capable of managing high-volume output.
• Sharp attention to detail (spacing, contrast, consistency, and alignment).
• Ability to absorb and implement feedback rapidly.
• 100% reliability and availability during the 1-week delivery window.
• Working level of English (written chat and occasional calls).
• Comfort operating under a white-label arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs, brand guidelines, product assets, target audiences, and ad archetypes for each task.
• Design and execute 200 static ad creatives in Figma.
• Apply strong typography, clear CTAs, smart composition, and subtle stylistic elements.
• Balance brand guidelines with thoughtful visual decisions to avoid generic-looking results.
• Perform self-directed QA on spelling, spacing, contrast, and alignment before submission.
• Handle quick visual revisions based on client or team feedback.
