Green Mark Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Employer Representatives in implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives in line with the GreenGov movement and Green Mark requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary energy audits and assess the energy performance of existing facility equipment and systems.
  • Analyse historical energy consumption and cost data to identify energy usage patterns, inefficiencies, and potential energy wastage.
  • Conduct data logging and sampling of major energy-consuming systems, including air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and data centre systems.
  • Review M&E specifications, as-built drawings, equipment performance, and operating conditions.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend suitable energy conservation measures.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments for proposed energy-saving initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations on energy optimisation and quality electricity supply to improve energy efficiency and cost savings.
  • Prepare annual audit reports covering observations, recommended solutions, and estimated implementation costs.

Requirements

  • Green Mark Advanced Professional (GMAP) or Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAAP) certification. Minimum 3 years of relevant Green Mark project experience.

  • Successful completion of the required Green Mark accreditation requirements.
  • Experience in energy management, sustainability initiatives, energy audits, and Green Mark-related projects will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of energy efficiency, building systems, and sustainability practices.
