Group Head Of Accounting (SaaS /Fintech) Amman

Our client is a leading large company in the field of SaaS & FinTech, offering robust tech-driven financial and operational ecosystems across multiple jurisdictions. They are seeking a highly analytical and experienced leader to maintain the absolute integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the group’s multi-entity financial ecosystem.

1. 
   

   Group Consolidation: Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of all multi-currency group entities, including complex intercompany eliminations and transfer pricing arrangements.

   
   


2. 
   

   Financial Reporting: Produce accurate, timely consolidated financial statements in strict compliance with IFRS standards.

   
   


3. 
   

   Technical Accounting Authority: Act as the primary technical authority on IFRS, specifically leading IFRS 15 compliance for subscription, usage-based, and multi-element SaaS contracts.

   
   


4. 
   

   Audit Management: Lead and coordinate the group’s external and statutory audit processes across all jurisdictions, serving as the main point of contact for external auditors.

   
   


5. 
   

   Budgeting & Management Reporting: Guide the annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes while delivering automated monthly management reports and tracking critical SaaS/FinTech metrics.

   
   


6. 
   

   Process Automation: Champion the standardization of the chart of accounts and evaluate the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline the close and improve reporting speed.

   
   


7. 
   

   Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a geographically distributed accounting team, cultivating a culture of high performance, accuracy, and clear accountability.

  Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting or Finance.

  
  


• 
  

  Professional Certification: CPA or CMA is a great plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with significant exposure at a group/consolidation level.

  
  


• 
  

  Industry Experience: Mandatorily worked within a SaaS, subscription-based, or FinTech environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Languages: Full business fluency in both English and Arabic.

  Salary Range: High Market Rate.
