We are looking for a hands-on Group Product Manager who can lead, mentor, and grow a team of
Product Managers while driving product excellence across multiple product initiatives. This role is
intended for experienced product leaders who continue to remain deeply involved in product strategy
and execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple product initiatives across the organization.
• Mentor and develop APMs, PMs, interns, and junior Product Managers.
• Strengthen collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams.
• Review PRDs, product strategy, execution plans, and roadmap prioritization.
• Drive product quality, execution excellence, and product thinking across teams.
• Coach teams on structured problem-solving and product decision-making.
• Own business outcomes across multiple product areas.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience mentoring or managing Product Managers, APMs, or interns.
• Strong Product-Engineering collaboration experience.
• Excellent PRD writing and review capability.
• Strong systems thinking and product architecture understanding.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Background
• Gaming, Consumer Internet, D2C, High-growth technology startups
