Grove Hotel - Overnight Manager/Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor at the Grove Hotel, you’ll be the quiet hero of the overnight shift by balancing books, supporting guests, and keeping operations running smoothly until morning.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Verify and post all daily room charges, ensuring they are correctly assigned to guest folios or master accounts.
• Post, confirm, and balance all charges and adjustments made throughout the day.
• Run required system reports and ensure all end-of-day processes are completed with supporting documentation attached.
• Reconcile balances between the property management system and the credit card processing system to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and service throughout guest and team interactions.
• Provide assistance to overnight guests and ensure all guest needs are addressed with care and efficiency.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
