Growth and Insights Manager

Manage insight-focused client work, serve as a primary contact for research and strategic projects, and support new-business initiatives through trend monitoring, sponsorship assessment, campaign reporting, presentations, proposals, and partnership growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships for insights, research, trends, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on business-development calls, pitches, RFPs, and proposals.
• Monitor cultural and digital trends to identify relevant talent and emerging voices.
• Create insight-driven presentations and campaign narratives.
• Conduct research and use advisory councils and trends to inform client strategy.
• Assess sponsorship opportunities and cultural platforms for brand fit and audience alignment.
• Track campaign performance, report KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Draft email communications and pitch or program proposal materials.
• Participate actively in client meetings and calls.
• Build case studies and recaps for business growth and client storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, business development at a marketing agency, and/or culture marketing.
• Knowledge of the creator landscape, emerging talent, trends, and entertainment culture.
• Proven record of driving growth through inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Experience or interest in driving new-business opportunities.
• Ability to develop client-facing marketing presentations and decks.
• Creative thinking, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Communication, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to vet, recommend, negotiate with, and contract talent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
