Growth Data Analyst
The role focuses on customer and trading behavior analysis, event and service performance evaluation, business insight generation, AI-assisted workflow automation, and KPI dashboard management for a cryptocurrency exchange.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior patterns related to starting and stopping trades
- Propose ideas to encourage customers to revisit the app and continue trading
- Evaluate event and service performance using data and identify improvements
- Review exchange policies from a data perspective and identify new business opportunities
- Automate data extraction, analysis scripts, and reporting with AI tools
- Plan and manage KPI dashboards
Requirements
- At least five years of practical data-analysis experience
- Advanced SQL skills for extracting and refining information from large datasets
- Experience designing A/B tests and logically analyzing results
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for coding and analysis
- Experience in virtual assets, fintech, e-commerce, or high-traffic IT platforms is preferred
- Python skills for exploratory data analysis and data processing are preferred
- Experience connecting generative-AI APIs to automate internal analysis and reporting is preferred
- Interest in virtual-asset markets and trading, with actual investment experience preferred
