Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Bitfold leadership, legal, and other stakeholders, reporting to the General Manager as an independent expert. You will create and lead marketing strategy, identify customer engagement signals, manage campaigns, implement marketing automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze marketing data.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead the marketing strategy to establish a strong brand and grow the customer base across various audiences and channels.
• Identify relevant signals to trigger customer engagement and support tracking and automated follow-ups for webinars and emails.
• Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns covering awareness, lead generation, nurturing, and qualification.
• Implement marketing strategies aligned with company business goals and objectives.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to improve efficiency during business scale-up.
• Collaborate with product development and legal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Track, measure, and optimize marketing activities within the defined budget.
• Analyze marketing data and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in a technology product scale-up environment.
• Experience in inbound marketing that has proven to build business growth.
• Practical knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• 2-3 years of experience managing and coordinating multi-channel digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in building B2C relationships.
• Experience working with external service providers such as agencies.
• Comfort adapting to the latest technologies and working in a fully digital environment.
• Strong analytical skills for understanding campaign analytics and making recommendations.
• Proactive, business-savvy, independent approach with project risk management skills.
• Project management skills and familiarity with JIRA and Monday.
• Proficient English language skills at C2 level.
