Growth & Operations Specialist, Peru
Manage day-to-day operations across Peru, resolve on-the-ground issues, collaborate with Market Operations and Logistics teams, manage Operators, oversee locations and events, deliver training, improve operational efficiency, prepare documentation, and travel extensively to support regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Source Operators
- Ensure compliance of newly onboarded Operators
- Manage Operators
- Review and approve locations and events
- Oversee sourcing of spaces for brand activations
- Distribute and monitor training materials and run face-to-face training
- Identify knowledge gaps and devise and execute improvement strategies
- Work with Operators and external partners to improve operational efficiency
- Manage locations with Operators through internal processes
- Communicate with Operators in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and share relevant documentation with Operators
- Collaborate with Market Operations and Logistics teams
- Spot and address on-the-ground issues
- Share best practices to enable growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations and business development in Peru
- Extensive experience living and working in Peru
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- High attentiveness to detail
- Cross-cultural communication experience
- Experience managing relationships with local operators and partners
- Experience delivering training and monitoring results
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working in high-performance, fast-moving environments
- Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management skills
