GTM Chief of Staff - Middle East

This high-trust role serves as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the Middle East General Manager. The role drives revenue operations, maintains process accountability, coordinates complex enterprise relationships, and supports rapid regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the Middle East team
• Support and coordinate complex deal execution
• Participate in Account Executive interviews and customer meetings
• Represent the General Manager when needed
• Manage complex calendars and cross-timezone coordination
• Manage projects
• Maintain team alignment with company processes
• Identify and solve operational problems
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline work
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, investment or private banking, revenue operations, or a high-growth startup go-to-market environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Arabic strongly preferred
• Based in Singapore and working in the same timezone as the team
