Hard Armor Inside Sales Support

The Hard Armor Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue and supporting customers in Domestic, International & Federal law enforcement. This role focuses on managing inbound inquiries, providing product recommendations, and guiding customers through the purchasing process for hard armor products including ballistic plates, shields, helmets, and protective solutions. The position requires strong product knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical customers.
