Head of Cyber Security
Lead Unlimit's global Cyber Security function, reporting to the CISO. Drive operational cybersecurity, detection and response engineering, application security, cloud security, and security operations while embedding security into the software development lifecycle and maintaining regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's cybersecurity strategy
- Lead and develop the Cyber Security team
- Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Vulnerability Management
- Drive Cloud Security, Application Security, and DevSecOps initiatives across the organization
- Strengthen security architecture and protect critical infrastructure and platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle
- Improve security processes through automation and AI-driven technologies
- Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, and SWIFT CSCF
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Cyber Security, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background in Security Engineering, Security Operations, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps
- Hands-on experience with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, and Security Architecture
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP and modern infrastructure technologies
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving security initiatives across engineering organizations
