Job Summary:
Our client, a real estate company, is hiring a Head of Finance and Procurement to lead all financial operations and procurement activities. This strategic role ensures strong financial governance, budget control, tax compliance, and efficient procurement to support the companys growth and investment plans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Finance Management: Oversee daily accounting, financial reporting, tax filings (VAT, WHT, salary tax, annual tax), audits, and internal controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, monitor performance, and support financial planning for property development and investment projects.
• Procurement Oversight: Manage procurement processes, vendor contracts, cost control, and asset tracking.
• Strategic Support: Advise leadership on financial matters, risks, and opportunities related to property acquisitions and developments.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure full compliance with Cambodian financial and tax regulations; manage risks and maintain all statutory documents.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA/ACCA/Masters preferred)

• 7+ years experience in finance, with at least 3 years in leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and international accounting standards

• Experience in budgeting, procurement, and real estate financial operations

• Skilled in QuickBooks/Xero and Excel; strong leadership and integrity
