About the Role
HealthHub is seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance with a strong healthcare background, Arabic language capability, and deep FP&A expertise to lead the financial strategy and operations across the division.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be critical in driving performance, supporting growth, and providing strategic financial leadership across multiple healthcare entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely insights
Drive business performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost optimisation strategies
Lead financial modelling and feasibility studies for new clinics, expansions, and investments
Support and contribute to mergers, acquisitions, and investment activities, including financial due diligence and business case evaluation (highly desirable)
Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across the healthcare division
Manage group reporting, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver data-driven decision-making and strategy execution
Develop and implement SOPs, DoA, and financial policies to support operational excellence [
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple entities
Skills
Mandatory Requirements (Essential)
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Proven experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, or healthcare groups is required)
Strong and demonstrable expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is essential
Minimum 10–15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles
Experience managing multi-entity or group-level finance operations
Highly Desirable
Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, and integration projects
Experience supporting expansion strategies, new market entry, or investor-led growth environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Strong commercial acumen with a business partnering mindset
Advanced ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High level of integrity, leadership, and accountability
