Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, enhancing profitability and supporting long-term growth.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital effectively to ensure the organisation maintains adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of capital investments and projects, utilising financial modeling techniques to assess potential returns and risks.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies, mitigating risks associated with financial operations.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance improvements across the organisation.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 15+ years in finance, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the building materials, chemical, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Experience with a Big 4 firm is a plus.
