Head of Global SDR

Lead and scale Unlimit's global Sales Development function across multiple markets. The role owns SDR team leadership, outbound and lead generation strategy, performance management, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global SDR team.
• Drive collaboration between SDRs, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
• Develop and execute scalable outbound and lead generation strategies across markets and customer segments.
• Own SDR target setting, KPI tracking, forecasting, incentive structures, and coaching.
• Analyze performance metrics and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build reporting frameworks for pipeline performance, productivity, and strategic progress.
• Improve SDR workflows, tools, messaging, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or related B2B or fintech roles.
• Experience leading and scaling global SDR teams with a focus on coaching, performance management, and development.
• Strategic and commercially driven mindset with experience building scalable outbound and pipeline processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Data-driven decision-making experience, including performance analysis, forecasting, and efficiency optimization.
• Self-starter able to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives independently.
