Job Description
- Overviewing And Managing The Human Resources Division In Indonesia
- Work Closely With Top Management, As Well As In Contact With Headquarter HR For Highest Productivity And Quality Of Work
- Creating And Designing Effective HR Framework To Support Indonesia Operations
- Analyzing Workforce Effectiveness And Make Changes When Necessary To Align With Current Market Conditions
- Overseeing End-to-end HR Process
Requirement
- Minimum 12 years of experience within the HR function, 8 years in management position
- Previous experience in plantation refinery, downstream oils, or FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Proven track record of creating new HR projects or strategies
- Previous experience in strategic HR, liaising with top management, as well as engaging with stakeholders to communicate and design HR structure
