Head of Intermediary Marketing, HK & SEA
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a strategic, experienced and highly collaborative senior marketing leader to lead intermediary marketing across Hong Kong and South East Asia, with people management responsibilities across Hong Kong and Singapore. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Marketing, Asia, this role will represent the broader Singapore marketing community and act as a key marketing contact for the Singapore entity.
The successful candidate will bring deep financial services and asset management marketing experience, strong knowledge of intermediary channels and Asia market dynamics, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable, compliant and measurable marketing programmes.

What you’ll do
Lead the intermediary marketing agenda for Hong Kong and South East Asia, ensuring local business priorities are translated into effective, scalable and compliant marketing programmes delivered through in-market teams and Marketing Centres of Expertise.
- Lead intermediary channel marketing teams across Hong Kong and Singapore, building a collaborative, high-performing culture with clear priorities, strong execution discipline and shared best practice.
- Partner with senior Intermediary, Wealth, Sales, Product, country management and communications stakeholders to align marketing plans with business objectives, client needs and distribution priorities.
- Drive planning rhythm, governance, prioritisation and delivery of integrated campaigns across platforms, banks, IFAs, wealth managers and other intermediary partners.
- Maximise use of regional and global campaigns, content and assets, adapting them for local market relevance and improving consistency, efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee intermediary marketing budget planning for Hong Kong and Singapore, ensuring investment is clearly linked to agreed business outcomes and measurable impact.
- Use Salesforce, marketing technology, data and insights to improve segmentation, targeting, partner engagement, campaign performance and ROI.
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with relevant Hong Kong and Singapore regulations, internal standards, approval processes, record-keeping and risk controls.
- Represent Asia Marketing as a senior leader, contributing to regional marketing leadership discussions and supporting the broader Singapore marketing community.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Minimum 10 years’ marketing experience within financial services, with significant experience in asset management marketing.
- Strong understanding of intermediary distribution across Hong Kong, Singapore and South East Asia, including platforms, banks, IFAs, wealth managers and related partner channels.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and coordinating teams across countries and building a high-performance culture.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and both public and private markets across Asia.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a complex regional and global organisation.
- Strong analytical capability and a data-driven approach to campaign planning, segmentation, measurement and optimisation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes through collaboration.
- Sound understanding of marketing governance, regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to Hong Kong and Singapore.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that’ll help
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous.
- Experience working with Marketing Centres of Expertise and leveraging global or regional campaigns for local market execution.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve marketing productivity, effectiveness and innovation.
- A client-centric, commercially aware and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems creatively and focus resources on the highest-value priorities.
