Job Description:

• Increase Company Annual Revenue Through Enlarging Market Share.
• Lead Team Of Marketing And Overseeing Their Work Performance To Ensure Business Goals Are Met.
• Develop Marketing Strategies For Products That Consider Customer Needs, Competitor Offerings, And Industry Trends.
• Determine Pricing Strategies For New Products Based On Costs Of Production, Research And Development Expenses, And Profit Margins.
• Manage Budgets, Expenses, And Cash Flow For The Marketing Team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial role of pharma company.
• Preferably coming from multinational pharma companies.
• Sharp commercial acumen, with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
