Head of Operations
You will lead and shape operations across the organization by overseeing core processes, designing scalable workflows and controls, partnering with senior leadership, managing operational risks and projects, ensuring data integrity, and building the operations function.
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee day-to-day operational processes.
- Design and continuously improve scalable workflows, controls, and documentation.
- Partner with the COO and C-suite on operational execution.
- Lead operational planning and prioritization.
- Oversee reconciliations, validations, reporting, and operational data integrity.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and inefficiencies.
- Manage cross-functional operational projects.
- Build, develop, and mentor the operations function.
- Collaborate with product, finance, legal, and technology stakeholders.
- Maintain understanding of products, regulatory requirements, procedures, and internal controls.
- Resolve complex operational issues as an escalation point.
Requirements
- Experience leading operations in a fast-growing or scaling business.
- Significant experience in operations, finance, or a related role.
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking.
