Head of Operations

Ctrl Alt is seeking a senior Head of Operations to lead, design, and continuously improve its operational function. The role reports to the COO, partners with the C-suite, and combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across a growing fintech focused on tokenized alternative assets and digital capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee day-to-day operational processes across the business.
• Design, implement, and improve scalable workflows, controls, and documentation.
• Partner with the COO and C-suite to translate business objectives into operational execution.
• Lead operational planning and prioritization for a rapidly growing organization.
• Ensure operational data accuracy, consistency, integrity, reconciliations, validations, and reporting.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and design mitigating solutions.
• Manage cross-functional operational projects and initiatives.
• Build, develop, and mentor operational capability as the function grows.
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, and technology stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of products, regulatory requirements, procedures, and internal controls.
• Escalate and resolve complex operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience leading an operations function in a fast-growing or scaling business.
• Significant operations, finance, or related experience with ownership of processes and outcomes.
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail combined with strategic thinking.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead by example.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Self-directed, solutions-focused, and results-driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with financial products or real-world assets.
• Interest in fintech, tokenization, and the future of investing.
