Head of Operations
Own and scale Hyperbolic's operational backbone across revenue, customers, infrastructure, finance, onboarding, and internal execution. Build scalable processes, improve operational visibility and metrics, manage billing and invoicing systems, align GPU supply with demand, and partner with executive leadership on company priorities.

- Partner with leadership to execute company priorities
- Improve cross-functional alignment and operational visibility
- Implement metrics for revenue, margin, and infrastructure utilization
- Support finance operations and onboarding workflows
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies
- Experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth
- Experience owning cross-functional operations across revenue, customers, and internal execution
- Experience building scalable systems and processes to replace manual workflows
- Hands-on tactical and strategic operating experience
- Experience managing and mentoring operations teams
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, marketplaces, software, or infrastructure-heavy businesses
- Excellent cross-functional communication, organizational alignment, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
- Experience with AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud compute preferred
- Experience with revenue operations, pricing strategy, infrastructure cost management, or distributed scaling preferred
