Head of Paid Media B2B Marketing
Yellow Card is seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead B2B paid media, ABM, campaign analytics, conversion optimization, and cross-functional marketing initiatives in the fintech and payments sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute B2B paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic, and retargeting platforms.
- Develop and manage account-based marketing campaigns for enterprise prospects and institutional clients.
- Align campaigns with sales objectives, pipeline generation, and revenue goals.
- Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting through A/B testing.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
- Use analytics, attribution platforms, and CRM data to report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Creative, UX/UI, and Product teams.
- Set up and optimize landing pages, webinars, events, Impact Reports, and demo requests.
- Lead outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Stay current on B2B marketing, fintech, payments, and paid media trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of demonstrable B2B marketing experience focused on paid media.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and other B2B channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO, Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and CRM integration.
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools.
- Experience managing budgets, CAC per MQL, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, multi-touch attribution, and marketing strategy.
- Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, payments, or enterprise SaaS.
