Senior Procurement Manager Cosmetics & Food Supplements

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement budget and develop innovative, cost-effective strategies
• Oversee procurement operations, including purchase approvals, logistics coordination, and sourcing high-quality cosmetics and food supplement products from international markets
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers while managing sourcing activities
• Evaluate and review existing supplier contracts to ensure their viability
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to align with internal budgets and financial goals
• Supervise a team of Purchasing and Accounting professionals to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of procurement experience in the pharmaceutical, food supplement, or cosmetics industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
• Proven experience in people management
• In-depth understanding of the food supplements or cosmetics sectors
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
