Head of Product Marketing - GoBTC Pay
Own go-to-market for GoBTC Pay across both sides of its two-sided market. Define the Bitcoin payments narrative, build merchant and payer propositions, develop acquisition and activation pipelines, run co-marketing, support market launches, define campaign metrics, and guide creative and content quality.
Responsibilities
- Own the category narrative for Bitcoin payments
- Feed market intelligence, objections and competitive insight into Product
- Build the merchant proposition and messaging by segment
- Own sales enablement end to end
- Build the merchant pipeline with acquisition and activation
- Run co-marketing with live merchants
- Develop reference cases and proof from early adopters
- Own the payer proposition and payer-facing side of market launches
- Partner with banks and wallets on joint marketing
- Define campaign metrics and reporting with Analytics
- Run launch post-mortems
- Brief and quality-control creative and content
- Influence executive decisions
- Set marketing standards and mentor without line-managing
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing or GTM in payments, acquiring, fintech infrastructure or SaaS
- Experience launching products into new markets
- Experience building sales enablement for field sales teams
- Strong sales enablement and business writing skills
- Experience marketing a pre-revenue product
- Experience with category-creation launches
- Understanding of settlement, chargebacks, checkout conversion, and cost of acceptance
- Experience working with BD or field sales across multiple geographies
- Experience with two-sided market or marketplace go-to-market
- Experience with crypto payments, stablecoin settlement, or digital assets
- Fluent English
