Job Description
- Develop And Execute Trade Marketing Strategies And Plans To Achieve Sales Targets And Market Share Growth.
- Lead And Mentor A Team Of Professionals, Fostering Their Growth And Development.
- Collaborate Closely With Cross-functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, And Product Development, To Ensure Alignment And Effective Execution Of Trade Marketing Initiatives.
- Conduct In-depth Market Research And Competitor Analysis To Identify Trends, Opportunities, And Threats.
- Manage Trade Promotions, Pricing Strategies, And Trade Incentive Programs.
- Cultivate And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Retail Partners And Distribution Networks.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in trade marketing and sales in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
- Innovative mindset and the ability to think creatively to drive results.
