Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a Health IT Data Analyst I to support a federal Health IT modernization initiative for the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Services Corps (IHSC). This role performs substantive data analysis, validation, profiling, transformation, visualization, and analytical-support activities using authorized Government data sources and Government-managed environments, developing analytical products that support Health IT operations, modernization, performance monitoring, decision support, system implementation, and data quality.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by Government
Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required

Eligibility Requirement: This position supports a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) to be eligible. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated experience with data analysis, querying, validation, reporting, or related analytical functions
- Proficiency with data-analysis and visualization technologies such as SQL, spreadsheets, business-intelligence tools, or comparable platforms
- Knowledge of data quality, data validation, analytical methods, and data-documentation practices
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear reports and actionable information
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
- U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
