Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule:
- Fri, Sat, Sun, Tue: 07:00–15:00
- Mon: 15:00–23:00
Summary
Provide safety and security for patients, staff, visitors, and property in a healthcare setting. Maintain a professional, calm presence and deliver strong customer service.
Responsibilities
- Patrol facility and monitor entrances/exits
- Control access and check in visitors
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Assist staff with difficult situations and help de‑escalate
- Write clear incident and daily activity reports
- Follow all site policies and privacy requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Security/healthcare experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and work listed schedule
- Meet licensing, background check, and other screening requirements
