Position Summary: The Healthcare System & Network Administrator will be responsible for managing integrated practice management and electronic health record system implementations and ongoing support on behalf of TCC health centers. This includes but is not limited to performing workflow analysis, working closely with the Chief Operations Officer to manage all systems associated with the health care data systems. The Healthcare System & Network Administrator will perform routine activities managing firewall, network problems, VOIP and Microsoft domain environments.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Install, configure, and maintain net work devices(e.g., switches, routers, firewalls)and backend servers to guarantee high availability for clinical and administrative systems.
  • Implement cyber security protocols and conduct audits to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive patient data.
  • Monitor system performance, deploy software and firmware updates, and help budget for future IT hardware or software needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly test backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure critical clinical data is never lost.
  • Assist Help Desk staff by escalating and trouble shooting complex network issues, Active Directory permissions, and Office 365 or Exchange environments.
  • Travel to regional TCC facilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science ,Information Technology, or a closely related

EXPERIENCE (Years & Certifications):

  • 3 to 5years of proven experience in system and network administration, ideally in a medical setting

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Windows Server ecosystems, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and enterprise-grade networking equipment (e.g., Cisco)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of a health care organization Position Requirements and Working Conditions:
