Key Responsibilities:

• OTC System Management:
  • Implement, and maintain OTC generation and validation systems.
  • Monitor the performance and security of OTC delivery channels (SMS, email, authenticator apps, etc.).
  • Ensure high availability and low latency of OTC services.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure OTC systems comply with regulatory standards (e.g. RBI guidelines).
  • Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments of OTC infrastructure.
• User Experience & Support:
  • Work with product and UX teams to ensure seamless user experience during authentication.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for OTC-related issues and escalations.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of OTC workflows, configurations, and incident logs.
  • Generate reports on usage, failures, and fraud attempts for management review.
